- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate adaptation tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align 2026 R&D priorities with market evolution
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend briefings for investors and product teams
- Manage cross-functional sprints prototyping 2026 user experiences
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech analysis, or innovation consulting
- Published research on technological singularity or 2025+ tech trajectories
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully commercialized 2020+ tech predictions
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools like STEEP-V or Delphi methodology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from APF or WFS
