Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends across technology, climate, and socio-economic domains to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and growth in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking 2026 strategic initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and external partners through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 organizations
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or similar institution)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futures projects with measurable impact
