Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces in technology, policy, and culture
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future scenarios
- Author thought leadership pieces on emerging industry paradigms
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI governance, biotech ethics, climate tech, or neurotechnology
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Executive-level communication and presentation mastery
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published thought leadership on long-term trend analysis
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
