As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop forward-looking roadmaps that anticipate market shifts, technological disruptions, and evolving consumer behaviors. Your insights will directly shape multi-billion dollar decisions across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech sectors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing actionable future-state strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
