Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and prioritize emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating breakthrough innovations into core business operations
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, climate tech, or AI governance frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience facilitating executive workshops on scenario planning and trend analysis
