Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup opportunities and partnership ecosystems
- Design innovation frameworks to embed future-readiness across organizational DNA
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into compelling narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
