Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping societal shifts to product roadmaps
- Author annual FutureState Reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with quantum AI teams to simulate market scenarios
- Design ethical guidelines for neuro-enhancement interfaces
- Curate the annual 2026 Innovation Summit featuring global thought leaders
- Champion circular economy principles in next-gen supply chains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy or foresight consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects launched post-2020
- Certification in Scenario Planning or Emerging Tech Assessment
- Deep expertise in biotech convergence and climate tech disruption
- Proficiency in futures mapping tools (e.g., HorizonScan, Trendalyzer)
- Published thought leadership in Future Journal or equivalent
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation
