Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight insights into product development and business planning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and thought leadership content
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, systems thinking)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic impact case studies
