Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotechnology, AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework with quarterly updates
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging paradigms
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
