Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions in quantum computing and bio-integration
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptability in volatile future environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or innovation strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on 2025-2030 technological or societal transitions
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, causal layered analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex foresight into executive-ready narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) highly valued
