Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience, quantum computing) and their business implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Produce actionable scenario plans and risk mitigation strategies for 2026 market landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate future foresight into development roadmaps
- Represent FutureHorizon at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build our next-gen strategic capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2026-relevant emerging technologies and societal disruptors
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation topics
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM preferred)
