Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to forecast disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term organizational adaptation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level decision-making
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D to align innovation roadmaps with future landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional foresight networks
- Present strategic vision at industry conferences and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of forecasting industry disruptions (2018-2025)
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
