Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops to map 2026 industry and technology landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative futures models using advanced analytical frameworks
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with disruptive potential
- Design and maintain Horizon's Futures Intelligence Platform
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders using data visualization and storytelling techniques
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipeline with future market needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience translating foresight into corporate strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future trends
- Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-ready insights
