Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making in emerging markets
- Orchestrate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-focused topics
- Establish KPIs for tracking long-term strategic initiatives and market evolution metrics
- Manage external partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with proven 5+ year planning impact
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging domains: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or AI governance
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
