Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable materials science

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using rapid iteration frameworks
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact against industry benchmarks
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology planning
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Proven track record translating complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and scenario modeling software
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (IEEE, WEF preferred)
- Experience with cross-cultural innovation teams in fast-paced environments
