Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on ethical AI deployment and human-centric automation
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate breakthrough startups in pre-2026 innovation domains
- Design immersive foresight simulations for executive decision-making under uncertainty
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D with demonstrable impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects for enterprise clients
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable narratives
