Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, bio-integration, and climate-tech convergence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for AI ethics, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready solutions with agile methodologies
- Partner with governments on policy frameworks for emerging technologies (Web4, quantum encryption)
- Present findings to C-suite and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications and academic journals
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau, D3.js) and scenario modeling
- Published research on societal impacts of technological disruption
- Experience with policy development for emerging tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
