Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to identify opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and product ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-oriented thinking across engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research with proven impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented based on foresight research
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent rigorous methodology training
- Experience in fast-paced tech or startup environments with ambiguous problem-solving
