Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026 market disruptions
- Produce quarterly trend briefings identifying emerging consumer behaviors and regulatory shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating Web4.0, metaverse, and decentralized systems
- Partner with R&D to prioritize moonshot projects with 2026 market viability
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight accuracy and ROI
- Represent FutureForge at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning with exponential technology companies
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3+ validated case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology convergence points (AI+quantum+neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Certified Futurist (CF) from Association of Professional Futurists
