- Design KPI frameworks to track long-term innovation effectiveness
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
