Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of publishing trend-forecasting whitepapers or thought leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or MBA with innovation focus
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter) and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent preferred
