Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify opportunities and risks for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to inform strategic priorities
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and scenario-planning documents
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate innovation pipelines aligned with future market needs
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives and measure future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5-10 year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities with executive-level communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation methodologies
