Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging disruptions in AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions addressing climate resilience and ethical AI
- Present strategic insights to executive teams and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight roles
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future outlooks or scenario-planning frameworks
- Fluency in at least one future modeling methodology (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
