- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future market disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough products and services
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry leaders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal advocacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership (published articles, patents, or keynote presentations)
