Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological and societal shifts through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies including AI ethics, quantum applications, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic visions into executable business strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling data narratives
- Oversee the development of 2026 technology portfolios and innovation incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data from diverse sources
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
