Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market opportunities through 2026+
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable innovation ecosystems
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into R&D pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Deliver executive-level briefings and thought leadership at industry summits and policy forums
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Mentor a global network of futurists and intrapreneurs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on long-term innovation
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AGI, quantum, synthetic biology, climate tech) with publication record
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology adoption and risk mitigation
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
