- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG principles and sustainable development goals

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
