Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish thought leadership via whitepapers and industry keynotes
- Maintain ecosystem of futurists, academics, and innovation partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech convergence scenarios
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight (strongly preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent (e.g., CFTR)
