Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Deliver executive briefings on future-of-work implications and workforce transformation
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with senior leadership teams
- Produce annual Future State reports with quantitative and qualitative trend analysis
- Build cross-industry partnerships with research institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
