Responsibilities

- Author white papers on exponential technologies for industry thought leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation incubator
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term innovation cycles
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Trend Synthesis Methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years applying strategic foresight in tech, finance, or consulting sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and exponential trend analysis
- Published work on technological disruption or future-of-work implications
- Proficiency with AI-powered foresight tools (e.g., Palantir, GPT-4 strategy modules)
- Experience advising C-suite on innovation strategy and risk mitigation
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex futures concepts to diverse stakeholders
