Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead horizon scanning across biotech, quantum systems, and neurotech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Champion 'future-back' thinking methodologies to de-risk long-term R&D investments
- Facilitate C-suite workshops translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 societal and economic tipping points
- Drive ethics-by-design frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS, APF) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in scaling environments
