Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Conduct trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Monitor and report on macroeconomic indicators affecting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing global innovation ecosystems and partnerships
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
