Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' identifying disruptive technologies and societal inflection points
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on climate resilience, AI governance, and post-human ethics
- Design and incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026 breakthroughs in neuro-interfaces and carbon-negative economies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies shaping 2030 policy frameworks
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation architects using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Represent Nexus Labs at global forums on the future of work, consciousness, and planetary systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of forecasting tech/societal shifts (published research or validated predictions required)
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging domains: quantum biology, AGI safety, and decentralized governance
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-ready solutions
