Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 5-10 year strategic plans
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry events
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
