Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Foresight Report identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional Horizon Scanning initiatives across quantum AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Design innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps with 3-year execution plans
- Curate exclusive Future Council events with industry pioneers and academic thought leaders
- Drive innovation incubation for emerging technologies with $50K annual budget
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and specialized tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 or startup unicorn
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Deloitte Tech Trends
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in forefront publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive and technical audiences
