Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap aligned with 5-year market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service blueprints
- Author executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technology
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough concepts
- Quantify innovation ROI through scenario modeling and impact assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
