Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership within tech-driven organizations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing remote innovation ecosystems
