Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing across all business verticals
- Present foresight frameworks to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' symposiums featuring global thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and market disruption metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within Fortune 500 environments
