Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
