Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop future-proof roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Author thought leadership on emerging market opportunities and risk mitigation
- Design immersive foresight workshops for stakeholders to align on long-term vision
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Monitor geopolitical and climate variables affecting sustainable innovation pathways
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-oriented initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
