Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Produce quarterly innovation roadmaps with actionable recommendations for R&D investment priorities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing product development strategies
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging competitive threats and market disruptions
- Represent InnovateNext at global futurist forums and publish industry-defining thought leadership
- Partner with AI research teams to integrate ethical foresight into autonomous system design
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, futurist consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, bio-integration, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published research or portfolio of futurist work demonstrating predictive accuracy
- Experience with AI-powered foresight tools (e.g., Palantir, Trendalyzer)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) strongly preferred
