Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Technology, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (TED, Davos, Web Summit)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and systemic risk modeling
