Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation sprints and scenario-planning workshops
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech) and market disruption patterns
- Create predictive models using proprietary Horizon foresight framework to identify future opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain relationships with industry disruptors, academic institutions, and innovation hubs
- Oversee the development of Horizon's annual 'Future State' thought leadership publication
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
