Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption across product, service, and operational domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures and build organizational resilience
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Communicate complex foresight insights through compelling narratives and visual frameworks
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Mentor leadership teams on adaptive thinking and long-term strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Advanced degree in business, technology, futures studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
