Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of futurists, data scientists, and sustainability architects
- Anticipate global disruptions through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Drive sustainable circular economy initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 40% by 2026
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with NASA, MIT, and World Economic Forum
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board members quarterly with 95% adoption rate
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or disruptive technology leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year roadmaps with measurable market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-technology convergence
- Published thought leader in sustainability or futurism (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Advanced certification in Foresight Methodology (WFS/ACF) or Systems Thinking
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, or EU Horizon
- Fluency in Python/R for trend modeling and proficiency in Miro/FigJam
- PhD or MBA from top 10 global institution with focus on innovation management
