- Champion 'future-back' thinking methodologies to preempt industry disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders using predictive analytics
- Drive ecosystem partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Present future-state narratives to board members and strategic investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-forward technologies (quantum/AI/bio)
- Deep expertise in systems thinking and multi-stakeholder scenario planning
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ societal or technological tipping points
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
