You'll partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into our DNA, ensuring we're not just prepared for 2026 but actively creating it.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and publish annual Future State 2026 strategic reports
- Design innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences (Web Summit, CES 2026)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Published work on technology forecasting or future scenarios
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI governance, or climate adaptation tech
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of turning future insights into commercial products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology impact projections
