Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation strategy, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Anticipate global market disruptions through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present futuristic roadmaps to board of directors and key stakeholders
- Drive organizational culture of exponential thinking and rapid experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across diverse markets
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
