Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into scalable commercial solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate future-readiness
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Drive culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate emerging regulatory landscapes affecting future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Strong background in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
