- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and tech pioneers
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI)
- Drive innovation portfolio management with $15M+ annual R&D budget
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives for future-proof workforce transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record launching initiatives targeting 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, SWOT for emerging tech)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI pathways)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work scenarios or societal transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
